On November 23, Tay Nguyen University, in coordination with Dalat University and the Institute of Social Sciences of the Central Highlands, organized the National Conference titled “Developing Teacher Capacity in the Context of Digital Transformation.”

The conference welcomed over 200 delegates, including experts, researchers, lecturers, and teachers from universities, colleges, and high schools nationwide.

Opening Remarks: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Duc Niem emphasized that digital transformation is reshaping how we live, work, and learn.
“The role of teachers is becoming increasingly critical… Teachers not only transmit knowledge but also act as guides, motivators, and conveyors of values to future generations.”
He highlighted that teachers face new challenges, such as:

Sponsorship & Scholarships: During the event, the sponsor, English Guide Center Dak Lak, awarded 25 English scholarships to young lecturers, students of the Faculty of Pedagogy (TNU), and students of Cao Nguyen Practice High School.

The conference received 60 reports from researchers and educators nationwide, with 38 high-quality papers selected for publication in the conference proceedings.
